The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and six other departments recently issued the "Implementation Plan for Deeply Promoting the Innovative Development of Service-oriented Manufacturing (2025–2028)," which elevates the national strategy of "accelerating the integrated application of computing power and industries" and "guiding the deployment and application of industry large models in key scenarios," bringing AI + industry applications to new heights.
Recently, OxTium Technology and Hebei Yijiaen Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Yijiaen") held a strategic cooperation signing ceremony, announcing the formation of a deep strategic partnership to jointly advance strategic cooperation in "AI + Biomanufacturing."

At the strategic cooperation signing ceremony, Zhou Tianyao, Co-founder and COO of OxTium Technology, and Xie Kaixin, General Manager of Yijiaen, signed the agreement, and the two parties formulated a phased cooperation plan to ensure steady progress.
